Writing about an error in a specification or a score? Mention the ranking, the product and, if you can, the source that shows the correct value. That saves us a round trip and you a wait. English is fine.
What we cannot help with
Orders, deliveries, warranty and returns go through the shop you bought from, not through us. We sell nothing and have no visibility into your order. See theterms.
For manufacturers and retailers
Is a specification for your product wrong, or has a model been discontinued? Let us know and we will update the catalogue. What we will not do is place a product higher in exchange for payment — the order follows from the weighted score, which is set out on themethodology page.
